Deeping St James United Charities owns the Scout HQ, a former school, in Church Street. This is permanently let to the local Scout Group who also benefit from various grant aid.
(Lincolnshire County Council at present still owns the strip of land which provides access to the rear of the building, and the derelict toilet block.)
