The Institute comprises a meeting room, kitchen and toilets on the ground floor and two offices on the first floor. One of the offices is at present used by the United Charities and the other is rented to Deeping St James Parish Council. The ground floor meeting room is available for hire and is regularly hired by the Parish Council for its meetings.
